Screenplicity Program – Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Revel Media Group (“Revel,” “us,” or “we”) and the customer (“Customer” or “you”) for the provision of digital content and marketing services. By signing up for our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Contract

1.1 This Agreement constitutes a 1-year service contract that will automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled by either party in accordance with Section 5 (Termination) of this Agreement.

1.2 Services provided by Revel under this Agreement may be paid either monthly or annually, as selected by the Customer.

2. Screenplicity

2.1 Revel offers three services plans with corresponding features and pricing:

Tier 1: Essentials Package

• Monthly Cost: $499 (with annual commitment, 5% discount for annual payment)

  • Account set up: Your brand’s logo, colors, fonts, company description
  • Unlimited static content creation (JPG, PNG formats)
  • Monthly marketing consultation with dedicated content strategist
  • 48-hour content delivery guarantee for standard requests
  • Brand compliance guardrails ensuring consistent visual identity
  • Holiday and seasonal templates from curated library
  • 1-year commitment with 30-day satisfaction guarantee
• Target Audience: Single-location SMBs, basic digital signage needs, businesses transitioning from static print displays.

Tier 2: Professional Package

• Monthly Cost: $999 (with annual commitment, 5% discount for annual payment)
• Enhanced Features:
  • Everything in Essentials, plus:
  • 8 video content pieces per month (up to 30 seconds each)
  • Bi-weekly marketing consultations with strategic content planning
  • 8 social media content pieces per month (IG 1080×1080 and Facebook 1200×630, 1080×1920 Portrait) for cross-platform brand consistency
  • 24-hour content turnaround for urgent requests
  • Custom branded templates designed specifically for your business
  • Quarterly strategy reviews and content performance insights
• Target Audience: Growing businesses, multi-location operations, brands focused on dynamic engagement and social media integration.

Enterprise Option: White-Glove Content Management

2.2 All plans include custom content pieces tailored to the selected plan, monthly marketing planning sessions with a dedicated consultant, and message management. This program is limited to content creation services only. Any additional services will need to be discussed with your account representative.

2.3 Content will be built based on a pre-approved concept by the Customer. While content suggestions may be made by the marketing/design consultant, it is not required for Revel to come up with all marketing and design concepts each month. Content may be built in a templated form that can be regenerated with new data/assets each month and will still count as 1 piece of content.

2.4 During the course of this Agreement, it may be necessary for the Customer to share trademarks, service marks, logos, proprietary information, trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information. Revel Media Group will not share any of this proprietary information at any time. Revel Media Group will also not use any of this proprietary information for their personal benefit at any time. This section remains in full force and effect even after termination.

2.5 Licensing for all content created by Revel Media Group is limited to playback on Revel Media Group devices only. Customer agrees not to use the content for any other purpose.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 It is the Customer’s responsibility to attend consultant meetings. Missed meetings may result in delayed content production and posting.

3.2 Custom-built content will be created using the single-proof method. Each piece of content will be added to the Customer’s queue, allowing the Customer to review and either approve it or request a change. This plan includes only one change request per piece of content. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all desired changes are clearly detailed within that single request.

4. Subscription Charges

4.1 Standard subscriptions will be charged per device and are required as a separate fee from this Screenplicity. For more detailed pricing information, please refer to the Subscription Proposal.

5. Termination

5.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice, at least 30 days prior to renewal date.

5.2 Termination of Digital Signage Subscriptions will be handled separately.
